TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIP SERVICES
We inform you that we have prepared these rules applicable to the VIP services offered by Cinema City Romania both for your safety and also to be able to offer you an increased comfort in the VIP Lounges of Cinema City multiplexes.
Starting from the basic principles of the Company and especially concerned to offer our customers the best quality services, we ask you to read carefully the following points and to respect the indicated ones.
1. Currently, Cinema City Romania manages 27 multiplexes, 3 of which have VIP Lounges.
a. Cinema City VIP Lounge located in ParkLake Shopping Center Bucharest multiplex;
b. Cinema City VIP Lounge located in AFI Cotroceni Bucharest multiplex;
c. Cinema City VIP Lounge located in Iulius Mall Timisoara multiplex;
2. The VIP Lounge means a complex consisting of: a VIP cinema hall with electrically adjustable computerized armchairs and VIP Restaurant. In the VIP Restaurant we serve 2 type of products from which the Customer can consume unlimited:
- Buffet serving hot and cold food prepared in the restaurant's own kitchen. The food will be served 30 minutes before the start of the screening (trailers and commercials) and until screening start. The entrance in the VIP cinema hall with products from the Buffet is forbidden.
and
- Bar products (popcorn, nachos, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, coffee). The bar products will be served starting 30 minutes before the film and throughout entire screening. except for the last screening of the evening when the Restaurant will remain open only 30 minutes after the start of the screening after which it will close. Customers will be able to leave the VIP cinema hall at any time during the film to pick up products from the bar and return to the hall.
3. The locations mentioned above operate with 2 VIP concepts, as detailed below:
VIP Dinner and Movie|| VIP All Inclusive- active in ParkLake Bucharest multiplex VIP Lounge and in Iulius Mall Timisoara multiplex VIP Lounge;
and
VIP Light - active in the AFI Cotroceni Bucharest multiplex VIP Lounge.
4. The updated version of the Terms and Conditions for VIP Services is published at www.cinemacity.ro (the „Website”) and placed within all multiplexes at customers’ disposal, at the cashier’s desk. The Company reserves the right to change them from time to time, where the changes shall enter into force as of their publication on the Website and their placement within the multiplexes at customers’ disposal at the cashiers’ desk. Before buying a ticket for a screening or using any service offered by Cinema City, customers should check, review and get acquainted with these T&Cs as well as with the General Terms & Conditions of Cinema City. The absence of such review may not be used as an excuse by customer, to claim against Cinema City for incidents caused by lack of knowledge of the Terma and Conditions.
5. Please note that of online purchasing of tickets for VIP Services, by checking the acceptance button on the site, the customer confirms that he has carefully read the Terms and Conditions for VIP Services, understands their content, accepts them and agrees to buy tickets in accordance with and in compliance with these rules.
6. By purchasing tickets for VIP services at the cashier’s desk, the customer confirms that he has carefully read the Terms and Conditions for VIP Services available in writing at the cashier’s desk, understands their content, accepts them and agrees to purchase tickets in accordance with and in accordance with these rules.
7. These VIP T&C are part of the Ticket Purchase Agreement between Cinema City and each customer, and he will be bound by the rules mentioned herein. The purchase of tickets is considered a contract for the provision of services of leisure activities, through which the Company undertakes to provide this service on a certain day and at a certain time or at a certain period and, as such, the customer cannot withdraw from the contract. as provided in Article 16 let. l) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with traders, as well as for amending and supplementing some normative acts, with subsequent amendments.
8. In order to be allowed access to the VIP Lounge and to benefit from the VIP Services, it is necessary for you to present to the cinema staff a valid movie ticket at the VIP Hall of the multiplex cinema in which you presented yourself. The ticket gives you the right to enter the respective VIP Lounge, on the date and time written on the ticket. Please keep the original ticket until you leave the cinema. Children under the age of 14 are only allowed in the foyer and/or VIP lounges if accompanied by an adult.
9. A VIP ticket gives you the right to enter the multiplex Lounge specially delimited as the VIP ALounge, on the day written on the ticket as the day of the film, 30 minutes before the start time of the screening (trailers and commercials). Consumption of the products from the Restaurant is done according to point 2 above.
10. Access to a VIP Lounge other than the one listed on the ticket is not allowed.
VIP LIGHT TICKET
11. Customers in possession of a ticket for VIP Light services have included in the ticket movie screening in the corresponding VIP hall to which is added the full range of bar products from the VIP Restaurant (popcorn, nachos, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, coffee) from which the customer can consume unlimited. 12. Customers in possession of a ticket for all-inclusive VIP Services have included in the ticket the movie screening in the corresponding VIP hall to which is added the consumption, in the VIP Restaurant of the food dishes from the Buffet prepared in the Restaurant's own kitchen and of the bar products (popcorn, nachos, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, coffee) from which the customer can consume unlimited. Safety measures and norms in the VIP Lounge of Cinema City multiplex
13. In both variants of the VIP concept, the serving of products from the VIP . The service will start 30 minutes before the screening for which the tickets are purchased for and until the end of it for bar products, except for the last screening of the evening when it closes 30 minutes after the start of the screening.
14. Customers have the opportunity to consume the products from the Restaurant at the tables in the VIP Restaurant provided exclusively for VIP Lounge customers. The VIP Lounge fully complies with the rules provided by the legislation in force for the activities of preparation, marketing and consumption of food and / or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in public catering units such as restaurants and cafes inside buildings.
15. We respectfully request the customers that at the entrance and parking in the VIP Lounge and throughout the serving of food indoors to comply with the obligations of hygiene and social distance imposed by the authorities, obligations that you can find on the website www.cinemacity.ro and in the cinema, at the ticket offices. If you do not respect these sanitary and social distance rules, we will be obliged to invite you outside, for your safety and that of the other clients of the VIP Lounge.
16. If the Cinema City staff responsible for the VIP Lounge will be forced to ask a customer to leave the VIP Lounge due to his non-compliance with the rules on hygiene and social distance imposed by the authorities or any other rules in these T&C VIP, the ticket price will not will be refunded and no other compensation will be provided regardless of when the customer will be asked to leave the location.
17. To protect your health, we have ordered the increase of the frequency of cleaning and disinfection operations with approved / authorized biocidal products of all spaces, facilities, equipment and utensils used for the reception, storage, preparation, cooking and serving of food, rooms / Lounges where food is served and of the toilets used by staff and customers;
Internal rules
18. Cinema City reserves the right to refuse access to the VIP Lounge to persons who are under the influence of alcohol and / or under the influence of drugs or other psychotropic substances as provided in the General Terms and Conditions, without refunding the value of tickets and without other compensation to be provided. Also, the cinema staff reserves the right to ask the clients already inside the VIP premises to leave the cinema, for the same reasons mentioned above.
19. We reserve the right to invite outside VIP cinemas persons who visibly violate these rules, order and safety measures applicable in our cinemas and in particular, who contravene the quiet use of the location by other customers, without owing any refund or any kind of compensation to the customer.
20. The following activities are strictly forbidden in the VIP Lounge:
• smoking and using electronic cigarettes in Restaurant / cinema;
• access with products purchased outside the VIP Lounge;
• access to alcoholic beverages and their consumption in VIP lounges for minors;
• access to VIP lounges with food, other than the one served at the VIP Restaurant; it is not allowed to bring in the hall and to consume in the cinema hall the products from the Buffet.
21. Please contact the cinema staff if the reception of the sound or image is incorrect, poor in quality or there is a problem with the VIP seat as soon as you encounter it. We would like to inform you that non-compliance with this obligation may lead to the impossibility of confirming the legitimacy of your complaint.
22. VIP seats may have deficiencies in operation if the occupant weighs less than 20 kilograms. In such situations the sensors incorporated in the VIP armchair will not recognize the fact that it is occupied and the electrical adjustment of the backrest and footrest position will not be possible, it remaining in a neutral position.
23.All movies screened in VIP rooms are subject to a separate pricing policy, in accordance with the price list available at the box office and on the website www.cinemacity.ro. We inform you that for VIP tickets the discounts applied for tickets purchased in the other cinemas for any of the categories of beneficiaries of general discounts do not apply.
24. Complaints may be filed during work hours in multiplexes and / or at the registered address of the Company and / or by email, as mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions.
25.In case of a problem or irregularity in the VIP Lounge which by its nature must be found / remedied immediately, please contact the cinema manager immediately. Delayed complaints about an ongoing problem that can be verified on the spot will not be considered.
26. Any complaint will be considered only accompanied by the original ticket purchased, as proof that the customer participated in the event.
These VIP Regulations are supplemented by the General Terms and Conditions of Cinema City. In matters not covered by the VIP Lounge regulations, the rules of the General Terms and Conditions apply.
